102 Emerging Leaders Graduate from VSOLAD Executive Graduate Program, Cohort 39
Visionary School of Leadership and Development celebrates a new generation of professionals equipped to lead, innovate, and create meaningful impact
MONROVIA, LIBERIA: The Visionary School of Leadership and Development (VSOLAD) has celebrated the graduation of 102 outstanding professionals from Cohort 39 of its Executive Graduate Program, marking another significant milestone in the institution’s commitment to developing capable, ethical, and purpose-driven leaders. The 39th Convocation Ceremony brought together graduates, faculty members, alumni, partners, family members, and distinguished guests to celebrate the successful completion of an intensive 12-week professional development and leadership training program.
Throughout the program, participants engaged in practical learning and professional development designed to strengthen their leadership capabilities, personal effectiveness, critical thinking, and capacity to create meaningful impact within their organizations and communities.
A major highlight of the convocation was an inspiring keynote address delivered by Mr. Alex Divine, Founder and Executive Director of Youth for Change.
Speaking on the theme, “Discovery and Impact,” Mr. Divine challenged the graduating class to look beyond academic and professional achievement and intentionally discover their purpose, maximize their potential, and use their gifts to make a lasting difference in society.
His message encouraged graduates to recognize that their leadership journey extends beyond the classroom and into the communities, organizations, and institutions where their influence can create positive change.
VSOLAD Founder Challenges Graduates to Lead with Purpose
Addressing the graduating class, Mr. Otis Togbah Tarwoe, Founder and President of VSOLAD, encouraged the graduates to embrace visionary leadership, lifelong learning, integrity, and service. He reminded graduates that leadership is not defined simply by titles or positions, but by the ability to influence others positively, demonstrate character, solve problems, and take meaningful action.
The VSOLAD Founder urged the new graduates to carry the values acquired during their training into their professional careers and communities, emphasizing the importance of becoming leaders who do not simply seek opportunities for themselves, but also create opportunities for others.
12 Alumni Recognized for Outstanding Achievement
The 39th Convocation Ceremony also featured the recognition of 12 distinguished VSOLAD alumni whose professional achievements, leadership contributions, and community impact continue to exemplify the values of excellence, leadership, and transformation promoted by the institution.Their recognition highlighted the growing impact of the VSOLAD alumni community and the institution’s broader vision of building a network of professionals committed to positive change.
The graduation of Cohort 39 represents another chapter in VSOLAD’s growing journey as a leadership and professional development institution.
The institution expressed sincere appreciation to its faculty, administrators, guest speakers, partners, alumni, supporters, and everyone who contributed to the success of the program and the 39th Convocation Ceremony.
